How does the free trial work and what happens next?

When your account is created you get instant 30 day Premium trial so you can try everything. You can choose to subscribe to any of the available billing plans during the trial. If you decide not to subscribe at the end of the trial your account will automatically switch to the free plan.

What are agents?

Agents are your company's team members who will receive tickets and provide support to your users and customers. Each billing plan has a number of supported agents.

What is data storage used for?

Your data is the accounts for your users, knowledgebase articles, tickets contents, file attachments and audit logs. 100MB data is roughly 5000 tickets with the corresponding user accounts and audit logs without any attachments.

What is data retention?

Data retention is the guaranteed time for which old tickets and file attachments will be stored in the helpdesk database.

What is domain mapping?

Domain mapping allows you to use your own domain name or subdomain (like support.yourcompany.com) with your helpdesk service.

What is SSL encryption?

SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the helpdesk and users remain private and integral.
